William H. Forker Sr.
William H. Forker Sr., 83, of Zanesville, Ohio, a General Electric retiree who died Wednesday, November 18, 2009, was a past master of Lafayette Lodge #79 F&AM, served as monarch of Amrou Grotto in 1977 and, with his wife, Peggy, was a recipient of the Sertoma to Mankind Award.
